Whenever I have left a message, I have received a return call. I have never experienced the rude or unprofessional treatment that others have described. Instead, Donna has always treated me like family or a friend rather than just another customer. After more than 30 years, that kind of personal relationship means a lot to me.

When my child had problems with claims, Donna was professional, caring, and willing to help me navigate the situation. I've been a customer for 46 years. Now I am not.
I still can't believe the rude, unprofessional way they conduct their business. No one answers the phone! And they don't return calls.
I called State Farm directly. They tried calling the Donna Fleming themselves while I was on the phone. No answer!
She just doesn't care! BEWARE!"

"I left her voicemails and emails for months and was never able to get ahold of anyone at the office. When I call State Farm directly they inform me that only my agent can help me. If you get assigned to her as your agent I would recommend switching insurance companies or atleast agents."

"Donna Fleming and her daughter Lisa Fleming are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I do not recommend you take your business here. I have been with this agent for almost 20 years and have experienced nothing but disrespect, neglect, lack of communication and overall just rude. Any time I have issues, they never respond to voicemail or email and never just answer the phone to take your call. You try to go to the physical office and the door is locked so there is no way to get a hold of these people. I put in a complaint with State Farm customer service about these issues finally since I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions. I got a call today from Lisa Fleming about my complaint, which should have been anonymous and was arguing with me about it. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL BE LEAVING THIS AGENT AS A RESULT OF THEIR DISRESPECTFUL ACTIONS!!!!!"
